Something Is Terribly Wrong With The Film Descendants

On July 31st, 2015 Descedant's aired then became the fifth-most watched film on cable television. But at what cost?

In this article, we will dissect the subliminal messages being displayed throughout the film to gain a clear understanding of the higher-ups' agenda and principles. In addition, I will explain how Disney uses this Franchise to indoctrinate children into a nefarious agenda. 

We must first talk about the character that is the main focus of the film(s).  

Maleficent

According to the Merriam- Dictionary, Maleficient means, working or productive harm or evil.

I believe Maleficent's archetype is based on the Baphomet. A horned goat hermaphrodite that is a staple icon in occultism. 

Hence why MALE- fient is portrayed as a female or the 'Mistress' of evil' and dresses in all black causing her to embody YIN energy. 

Yin energy symbolizes masculine or the dark which is the opposite of yang energy. 

Maleficent embodies both masculine and feminine traits in not only her appearance but also her mannerisms and how she was created; the duality of her character is highly symbolic. She is meant to represent the Baphomet.

The book’s frontispiece was a drawing of Baphomet imagined as a “Sabbatic Goat”—a hermaphroditic winged human figure with the head and feet of a goat that is adorned with numerous esoteric symbols.

Maleficent looks oddly similar to this figure. 

Oh, not to mention she has wings too...

According to Decent Films, Maleficent was given the title "mistress of all evil" and her transformation into a dragon to battle "the most archetypally heroic male lead" contributed to inspired depictions of how the public perceives Baphomet. 

Strangely, she and Mal are the primary focus throughout the Descendant film(s). If Maleficent had been the first Disney villain created, it would make sense to create a spin-off centered on her and her daughter- but she was not the first one created it was the Evil Queen for Snow White. 

But who is more mischievous than an evil horned-fairy character based on the Baphomet? 

Mal Means 'Worshipper of Baphomet'

Before continuing, we have to clarify one thing:  We talked about maleficient being inspired by the Baphomet, right? Yes. 

Since Mal is Maleficient's daughter, we can conclude that her whole character is meant to represent,  quite literally, the offspring of the Baphoment or in other words, its "worshippers'.  

Mal, which could also be short for Maleficent (also symbolic), sings the first lines in the opening track, "Rotten to the Core," while spray painting the words, "Long Live, Evil!" in a silhouette of a horned figure.

The song is a Baphomet anthem. Her lines read: 

They say I'm trouble 

They say I'm bad

They say I'm evil 

That makes me glad

Yes, we hear Mal addressing other people's perceptions of her because she is a villain's kid. However, symbolically, she is rapping from the perspective of both Baphomet and its followers. 

In ancient times it was considered bad to worship the Baphomet.  For example, 

In 1307 Philip IV of France had every Templar in France arrested, accusing them of such heretical acts as idolatrous worship of a bearded male head called Baphomet.

Misunderstood

This demonstrates how worshippers, 'children', or followers of Baphomet feel 'misunderstood.' Because of its resemblance to Satan, the horned figure is widely perceived as representing evil. 

A reversed pentagram, with two points projecting upwards, is a symbol of evil and attracts sinister forces because it overturns the proper order of things and demonstrates the triumph of matter over spirit. It is the goat of lust attacking the heavens with its horns, a sign execrated by initiates.

Inverse cross. Inverse pentagram. Get it? it is the "Devil's Mark". 

Occultists likeAleister Crowley have adopted the symbol and continued to use it.  This is an example of a Baphomet with "mischief" in its blood.

Its worshippers' were the same people [occultists] whose spiritual practices were also scrutinized by society as being bad; these are the people who gave the symbol of the Bapohment life. 

Again, this could imply that the Baphomet is still speaking through Mal, claiming that people misunderstand what it represents, so it is hated.

Mal's Hair Stays Purple

Mal's wardrobe has changed from pants to dresses since she switched islands. However, her hair color remains purple. 

Purple is said to be a royal color, represents mysticism, and is the color of the crown chakra.

There is a reason why your crystal ball emoji is purple. 

Mal's hair color conveys a subliminal message that says, "Because I am the child [worshipper] of Baphoment [much like people say they are the child of God or Jesus Christ], I have access to hidden knowledge and a connection to the divine, too."

This is depicted in the film, as Mal is the only villain' kid with a spellbook. ]Mal is the only one who can manipulate energy. 

Balance 

The concept of Descendants on a deeper level is a representation of the Yin and Yang- light and dark. 

                                    

The Yin and Yang symbol is said to represent that light (in this case, positive energies) cannot exist without dark (negative energies), and dark cannot exist without light.

Throughout the film, we see Ben [good] develop a crush on Mal [bad], which eventually leads to his decision to integrate the school. Furthermore, Mal regrets casting a love spell on Ben, which is black magic.  

Not to mention that the "good" people literally trapped the "bad" people on an island with a magical barrier to prevent them from escaping, which was not very "good" of anyone. 

Side note: Using magick to force someone to do something they don't want to do is considered Black Magic.  Even casting a love spell on someone is black magic. 

We see the philosophy of yin and yang energy demonstrated in numerous examples throughout the franchise.  Ben's plan was to gradually bring the villain kids to their island, eventually integrating the island to create BALANCE for everyone. 

The Bahphemt is also said to be a representation of Balance and duality. 

Lévi describes the meaning of each element of the drawing, which is defined by its profound and pervasive duality.

What goes Up must come Down

The inverse, " Long" and "Evil"  are a substitute for the inverse hand symbols of the Baphomet. See the hand symbols in the image below: 

What Does This Mean For Children? 

When I was younger, I was totally entranced by this film. The aesthetic, visuals, catchy songs, dances, and romance between Mal and Ben were all embellishments placed in front of my and millions of other children's faces to help our programming.  

Programming?! 

Yes. Programming.  That's what our televisions are called. "T.V programs". 

Not to mention, the soundtrack of the franchise has numerous songs that put the words, "Bad" and "cool' into the same sentence. 

We see more integration of the concepts of good and bad in the Descendant animated series 

"Wicked World". This series consists of a catchy song called "Good is the New Bad". The lyrics read:

Good is the new bad
Good is the new bad
We can feel the mad love
Gi-gimme more of
Bad is the new good
Bad is the new good
We can feel the mad love
I think that we should

This film has the ability to program children into believing that being bad is good and being good is bad. How?  By telling the story from a villain's kid's point of view. 

You can't help but feel bad for the protagonist, which turns the viewer against the "good" people. This trains the mind to associate good people with oppressive and discriminatory behavior toward bad people as a bad thing. Then associate VILLIANS' descendants with the embodiment of something good.

There is even a lot of petty theft in the movie, which is considered cool. These concepts can be extremely confusing to a child. Yet, this is what they wanted.

In Conclusion, 

The Descendants franchise was created to send a subliminal message to the world. "Bad is the New Good." 

This is propaganda that has been and continues to be marketed to young children in the hopes of programming and birthing a new generation that does not question Baphomet worshippers. 

When children are exposed to content involving  Maleficent or her daughter Mal., they become desensitized and cannot associate other horned figures {Satan} as bad energy. 

The overall goal of this film is to blur the lines between good and bad to achieve balance. 

If you want to take it a step further, this could have been another step in conditioning the mind to accept one of anything One government. One system, one religion, and forget about what is 'good' or 'bad'.
